Your customized safe
The site, which spans over 62,000 m2, can be accessed through an entrance portal with an access tunnel. Each individual cavern consists of a vestibule and a vault. Large caverns can be divided into different units. The carvern’s respective subdivisions can be arranged according to the individual needs of respective users.
Individual caverns
Individual caverns are customized individual vaults. Among other things, they are ideally suited to storing vehicles, scrolls and books, files and documents, electronic data carriers, all kinds of art objects, jewellery, precious metals, coins and crystals.

Large cavern
Due to their size, large caverns can accommodate entire storage systems. Among other things, it is particularly suitable for valuables with large dimensions, which must meet special security needs and requirements.

Vault
The vaults are suitable not only for storing personal valuables safely, but also for services that require compliance with specific security standards (such as those that apply to clean rooms). Size and equipment are determined by the buyer. From 100 m³ up to 100,000 m³ and more with a height of up to 90 m, all volumes are possible.
Plot
Plots are available under a building lease for a maximum of 99 years. The building lease compensation at the time of reversion ensures high value retention of the asset.
Access
The caverns are accessed via an access tunnel. A security lock is followed by access to the vestibule and the personal vault – around the clock.
Infrastructure
The caverns are designed according to individual requirements and are maintained and serviced by Brünig Mega Safe AG. The services provided by Brünig Mega Safe AG include supplying water, heat, air, electricity, and light, as well as cleaning and maintenance management and portal security.
Expansion options
The caverns can be expanded to suit your specific needs. Other building features, such as partition walls or rooms, can be installed within a cavern.
Costs
The annual recurring costs for building lease interest, maintenance, access and security are minimal compared to conventional property (no facade maintenance, no wear and tear, no renewals or renovations are necessary).
Office space
For the completion of administrative tasks in connection with the vaults, additional well-equipped office space can be rented in the outside area.
